Latest news on the rebuild saga!
June 15th, 2007Unforeseen issues with the engine build of the PB Performance Van Diemen RF87 have unfortunately led to delays in the completion of the car rebuild. These delays have led to the team not being able to enter the forthcoming round of the Melton Concrete Products Castle Combe FF1600 championship (Saturday June 23rd). But…
…that was the bad news for fans of the team, the good news starts here!
The team will now make its comeback at the headline meeting of the Castle Combe season, the “Summer Racing Festival” on July 14th and 15th. There will be a race on each day of the festival for the FF1600 championship. The championship will be supporting the prestigious and exciting EERC Britcar championship on the Saturday and the equally prestigious and high profile Formula Palmer Audi championship on the Sunday.
I would like to thank the continued support of the team’s main partner Vyenet.com for their continued support despite the prolonged absence of the team from the race track.
